Postage and handling is included in the item price. Orders are send via Australia Post or Toll Priority courier service. Please note a signature is required.
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately by telephone on (08) 9201 1195 or by e-mail on email@example.com on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging.
REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
At Christos Jewellery, we are aware of the nature of purchasing jewellery from the internet, we understand that on occasion, people are not satisfied with their purchase. In this case, the item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received, unworn, unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of shipping, return postage will be at the senders expense.
